Garret’s training was super engaging and I can see why it has been around for so many years! It’s now our turn to ensure this training stays alive and continues to make a difference within our team.
The training was incredibly interesting and Garret has a fantastic ability to listen to our needs and read people, which helps him create personalised training modules that really resonate with us.
It was also great to see that this training changed the perspective of some employees who were initially sceptical about the training, getting them to rethink their views and see the value in it.
We will be having Garret back to train the wider team, deliver refreshers and provide 1-1 coaching. I’m really excited to roll this out properly in the new year and see the positive impact it has across the business.
Thank you Garret, for sharing your knowledge with us and giving us the confidence to take this forward!

Great session with Garret, highly recommended!
We had the pleasure of Garret's company for a whole day, where he ran a sales training course for the entire sales/pre sales team at IComm. The day was fantastic, we all loved Garret's energy and enthusiasm, and we got many take ways from the day especially around customer profiling and how we can all work better with the C suite level of our customers. Thank you Garret for a truly inspiring day !
Jeff provided a great refresher of sales techniques and mindset. Engaging and interactive with time to self-reflect and put into future practice.
We had Jeff run a sales training session with our team last week, and it was honestly fantastic. He kept it practical, engaging and relevant to what we actually do, rather than making it feel like a generic sales course. The impact on the team was immediate, they came away feeling more confident, motivated and excited to put what they had learned into practice.
Kona facilitated a great 1-day session. Our team came away with some great tools. Jeff was a good communicator and had a great sense of humour! The support afterwards has also been fantastic.
Garret has made a profound impact on both my career and personal development. I met him at the beginning of this year during a sales training session, where he quickly identified areas for growth in my softer skills and challenged me to step into a more confident and assertive version of myself.
Since then, his ongoing support, encouragement, and belief in my potential have played a significant role in the salesperson I am today. I genuinely look forward to our training sessions and value the way he continues to push me to perform at my best.
Thank you, Garret, for your guidance, your honesty, and for consistently backing me to achieve more than I thought possible.

Garret facilitated fantastic sales and leadership training over 3 days for our team. He was great at tailoring the content to match our business and was generous with his time leading up to the sessions to make sure everything was perfect. Sienna was also a fantastic support in the lead up to and during the sessions - actioning everything with speed and urgency.
Garret is a fantastic motivator and teacher. Not the usual sales trainer. My team left energised and excited by what they learnt.
Excellent training with KONA Group. Not your usual sales training. Garret gets to the point with insightful methods to better understand your customers and colleagues, providing better relationships and outcomes from concise, targeted communication.
A very insightful, practical approach to understanding and approaching different customer types and how we communicate using this knowledge to gain meaningful interactions thereby generating positive results
Great training with KONA Group & Healthy Business Builder Pty Ltd! It gave us a better understanding of both our customers and our team members, helping us communicate and work together more effectively.
The Excellence in Customer Service Workshop was energising, filled with practical strategies. I appreciated the role play activities and the positive experience.
This was a fantastic and insightful training course that helped me to understand our customers and coworkers in greater detail.
The whole experience was handled with the upmost professionalism and the communication was excellent. Jeff challenged our team in a positive way and we came away with real word applications to implement into our sales techniques on a daily basis.
Would highly recommend!

Garret delivers an engaging and interesting session; I thoroughly enjoyed it. Often, professional learning can be a bit dull, but this was anything but. Thanks so much.
Fantastic Sales training session with Garret and the Allied Express sales team. Very detailed and I have gained key learnings with negotiation and listening skills to improve clients relationships. Great work team and highly recommend these sessions if you want to learn and improve negotiation skills and much more.
Garret recently delivered two training sessions for our sales team, and the experience was excellent. He took the time to understand our needs and tailored the content to align with the brief we had developed together, making the training feel highly relevant and personalised.
His delivery style was clear, engaging, and easy to follow, and the content really hit the mark. What stood out most was Garret’s coaching approach, he was able to draw out thoughtful input from everyone, including some of our more reserved team members.
The sessions have provided a strong foundation for our business moving forward, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garret to others.

If anyone is looking to truly learn about sales techniques and be able to read people minds and talk their language, this is your destination. Its been an absolute honor for me to be a student learning from Garret which I believe is the best in this field, I enjoyed every bit of it, and learnt so many things about me and people in general that I am certain will leave a positive impact on my career and even my personal life moving forward, thank you so much Garret, Jeff, and KONA Group!
Outstanding sales training from Garett Norris at KONA Training. He truly partnered with us to achieve a great outcome under challenging circumstances, helping us uncover what we actually needed — not just what we asked for. Extremely adaptable, responsive, and experienced. Highly recommended.
Garret delivered an exceptional end‑to‑end facilitation experience for our sales team, stepping in on very short notice and still managing to deliver a well‑structured and highly impactful. Program.
Engaging a dispersed sales force is never easy—especially when running simultaneous training streamed across multiple states—but Garret handled the complexity with confidence and skill. His ability to create an interactive, energetic, and inclusive environment meant that every participant remained engaged, regardless of location.
The feedback from the team was overwhelmingly positive. Many commented on Garret’s unique facilitation style—professional yet personable, structured yet flexible—and how effectively he was able to tailor the training to resonate with our group’s real-world challenges.
I would highly recommend Garret for any organisation looking for a facilitator who can deliver high‑quality training under pressure while still producing fantastic results. His professionalism, adaptability, and delivery truly set him apart.

We’re halfway through our workshops with Garrett Norris at Kona, and we’ve been thoroughly impressed. Garrett’s content delivery is engaging, clear, and highly actionable. He has a unique ability to get our sales team thinking differently, challenging assumptions, and immediately applying new concepts in real time.
We especially appreciate his style—how he frames ideas in a way that’s both practical and impactful. It’s not just theory; it’s tools and mindset shifts we can put into action right away. We’re already seeing a solidified shift in the team’s confidence, conversations, and overall approach.
Excited to see what the next two sessions will bring.

We recently engaged Garret from KONA to deliver sales training for my team and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
What stood out most was how relatable the session was. The content focused on real-world sales challenges and the insights were delivered in a way that made them land differently.
The training challenged thinking, addressed blind spots, and drove important conversations about change and accountability. At the same time, Garret was incredibly engaging and entertaining.
The practical tools and straightforward approach made it easy for the team to see where they can improve and, more importantly, how to implement those changes immediately.

We recently had Garret from the Kona Group run a one‑day Territory Planning workshop for our Envu team, and it was outstanding. Garret brought a perfect balance of energy, expertise, and real‑world insight that kept everyone engaged from start to finish.
The session was practical, well‑structured, and tailored to our business, giving the team clear frameworks and actionable strategies we can apply immediately. Garret’s ability to simplify complex concepts and turn them into meaningful, usable tools made a huge impact on the group.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training that we did. Really good delivery and Garret did a great job of getting buy in and delivering the lessons in a powerful way
We had an excellent sales training session focused on prospecting. It challenged us to step outside our comfort zone and adopt a more human, authentic approach that aligns perfectly with our values. Thanks, Garret – a highly engaging and valuable session.
