Our Key Account Management Training Program has 10 modules that can be delivered in full or you can select just the ones you need.
Each session is 1.5-hours in duration and includes homework and session notes and is delivered live by ZOOM or TEAMS. After COVID-19 we will resume delivering onsite but this new format has been well received, we have actually trained over 400 account managers over the last 4 weeks.
