Nicola Bailey

With more than 18 years’ experience in sales and marketing for IBM and Microsoft, Nicola Bailey is no stranger to the demands of the corporate environment.

After graduating with a Degree in Social Science – BA (Hons) and a Diploma in Business Studies, Nicola worked for IBM UK and then moved to Microsoft UK relocating from the UK to Australia with the company in 2000.

At Microsoft Australia she managed the Mid Market Business and Anti-Piracy; roles which benefited from her talents as a marketer and produced exceptional results.

In 2003 Nicola left Microsoft to start her own business as a professional Graphic Facilitator (Paper Plane) managing strategic planning and alliance building workshops. Her clients include Microsoft, Mars, Oracle, Unisys, Euro RSCG, Telstra, Accenture and LexisNexis. She is a seasoned business professional with a passion for facilitation, graphic recording and creative process.
