Louise Rogers
Louise’s extensive experience managing numerous multi-million dollar businesses, coupled with wide-ranging training and coaching experience in multi-national teams has made her a highly skilled and insightful specialist in leadership, sales and negotiation. She is described by her clients as “inspirational” and a “true professional” who “certainly knows her stuff.”
Her varied career includes over 13 years with Procter & Gamble, the world’s largest consumer goods multi-national. Louise has managed various teams, grown multi-million dollar businesses and led the learning council for market-leader, Procter & Gamble, to maximise sales performance.
With an Honours and Masters Degree from Magdalen College, Oxford, Louise is a first- rate corporate trainer and executive coach; accredited Myers Briggs (MBTI®) Practitioner; Neuro Linguistic Programming Premier Practitioner. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Her training and coaching experience spans a range of companies in both the public and private sector, including: Procter & Gamble; Coca Cola; BUPA; Royal Mail; National Health Service; Durham Business School; Gloucestershire College.
