Using our proven, 4 step ACTC process of Assessment, Consulting, Training and Coaching KONA deliver results not reports
1. The Assessment phase is to identify the cause, not react to the ‘performance symptoms’, before you introduce training or coaching program.
Through a range of Organisational, Team and Individual diagnostic assessments we identify the gaps, needs and issues behind the performance of your Strategy, Leaders, Managers, Teams and Sales People, then identify the specific development required for each individual and team. This Assessment phase also defines the value of what your Leaders, Managers, Team Leaders and internal resources offer their people
2. The Consulting and Customisation phase ensures that each Training and Coaching program ‘hits the mark’ and is not viewed by your people as “just another course”, or “not relevant to me and my customers or business”
The outcomes of the assessment phase will ensure we build programs, case studies, collateral, exercises, training and coaching material directly based on your business and your people’s performance issues and challenges
3. The Training phase of the ACTC process focuses on developing the skills, capabilities and methodologies of your people to deliver your development/growth objectives and KPIs.
KONA workshops are customised, interactive, hands on and practical. They are not ‘off the shelf, by the manual’ generic courses and not delivered by trainers who have never run a business, managed a tam, or built a Pipeline
4. KONA proven successes is their focus on Follow up Coaching to reinforce any training
