Our 'Business Management Services' enable clients to
engage the KONA Group team as their own, on a contingent basis. In this
way you are able to have world-class experience on tap without the fixed
overhead. The range includes:
Designed to assist growing small businesses (or those that want to grow),
GM-On-Call provides access to coaches who have all been successful developers
of businesses, possessing invaluable experience, at incredibly affordable rates.
The most recently launched of our Business Management Services takes the
principles of GMSales, GMOperations and GMHR and applies them to a broader
business management context, enabling clients to have regular access to a
business coach or engage in a specific project.
Engaged for a specific project or your choice of either 6 or 12 months and
acting as a third-party advisor, your coach will:
- Instil a disciplined approach to the management of your business
- Design and implement necessary processes and procedures
- Develop and support the necessary momentum for success
- Advise on alternative courses of action to remedy issues
- Provide input and validation on business growth plans
- Facilitate connections with other service providers and support mechanisms
- Ask the 'hard' questions!
As with all of our services, your coach is also accessible by telephone, fax
and email for immediate needs throughout the year.
