While our 'content' is first rate - we know it's the result that counts.(Our founders are both former Army Special Operations types - miss out on your objective in that environment and you don't just lose your annual bonus!) So, each of our project managers has been recruited from high-performance roles/organisations and has a track record in securing results. Where many 'consultancies' like to say they employ the 'brightest' people, our preference is to employ the most effective people.


We really don't fit the usual "label"

We're not a consulting, training, HR, OD, BPR or business-coaching firm (or any other label of that kind). We're a business which employs project managers from a range of disciplines and subject-areas (including ALL those above). We 'scope', design, deliver/install, implement, facilitate, train, coach and secure quantifiable improvement in organisation's results.


We make it happen

Your average consulting firm hands you a report and an invoice, smiles smugly and walks off to the next 'consulting assignment'. We call that 'telling them how ugly their baby really is - and then just handing it back to them!'. We identify the need for change/improvement, the real enablers of change/improvement and then we make it happen!


Our "stuff" will never cost you a cent

Truly! Firstly, our projects are focused on helping you make more money, not spend more. You'll always make much more than our fee, we guarantee it. Secondly, if we don't deliver on a set of agreed outcomes - we don't get paid! Simple. (We call this 'putting our money where our mouth is' - true 'partnership' in action.)
