Nick James is an experienced senior executive with international management experience from the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia working within IT, software, finance, insurance, mergers, acquisitions and building industries.
Formally an Officer in the British Royal Marine Commando’s, Nick is a motivated, passionate and highly experienced sales and organisation leader who can demonstrate enormous discipline and commitment which result in delivering significant business growth in a diverse range of commercial environments.
Nick brings his broad Sales Leadership experience to life through coaching and mentoring people throughout the account planning, strategy, execution and ongoing relationship management stages.
A key to Nick’s success is his ability to quickly engage with those he works with breaking down barriers and building a strong foundation of trust. As an executive manager with an MBA from the University of Canterbury, Nick’s focus is on exponentially increasing sales revenues through coaching sales, leadership, team building and driving high performing teams.
Nick has a passion for life that extends to his family, 4 children and the sports arena having completed 13 Ironman triathlons.
